A story that is twofold: the native and the insatiable wanderer. Karachi, a metropolis of over 22 million people is always moving but it is where this native finds deep stillness. In 2011, the native travels away from Karachi. Nine years later, after living in three other cities, and visiting over 140 places across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas, the native returns as a wanderer. The story unfolds, it becomes multifold. Here you’ll find the wanderer and the native— mostly the same person— make sense of the world that is lived through phenomenon, and the world that is observed outside the self. Essays, research, poetry, photos, and always stories; this is a documented journey in stillness, in movement, and in truth sometimes, when the two worlds meet.
